The Lumina Learning Excellence Awards have been designed to recognise and reward innovative and powerful interventions created by our Lumina Learning Practitioners around the world.
 
After assessing all the entries, our judging panel of industry experts and senior professionals within the fields of Business Psychology, Learning & Development, and Recruitment narrowed it down to a shortlist of 19.
